Sugar & Spice and everything Nice!
It's not very often that I get the chance to photograph 3 of Jacksonville's cutest little ladies at the same time! We played at the park, we climbed trees, we swung on the monkey bars and just had fun!

A beautiful day, a beautiful place and a beautiful family...I love my job!!! This weekend I meet two sweet sisters and their amazing families who plan on giving the gift of photographs to their parents for Christmas this year (the perfect gift, if you ask me!). Enjoy a preview...

Last week I was able to be with one of my favorite families at the beautiful Hanna Park for a few family shots. I am so lucky to know such wonderful people and to capture their happiness is a complete blessing!

We just got back from New York for a little family vacation. My parents, sister and brother-in-law came with us...and besides the weather being cold and rainy, it was a perfect trip! We saw the Statue of Liberty, went to a few shows and had a lunch to remember at a little place called Sweetiepie. Our little hotel was right by Grand Central Station, my absolute favorite place in NYC. Here are a few pics...

Every year we take the kids to the local pumpkin patch so they can pick out pumpkins to decorate for Halloween. The weather was perfect tonight so we headed over before dinner. I love fall!!!!

Today my youngest started Kindergarten and my oldest started 4th grade! Bella woke up quite excited, the same way she has every day for the past 3 weeks. Preston, woke up letting us all know how much he hates school and today was going to be awful. Fortunately for me, the both still let me take all the pictures I want! I even followed Preston to his class this year, taking pictures discreetly with my camera phone so he wouldn't know. Bella was, of course, the tallest person in her class (she got lucky and has a wonderful teacher who is also very tall). Here are a few pics of Bella on her first day and a montage of Preston's first day for the past 4 years...

Bella and I had a little session not too long ago because the invitations for her birthday party have a place to put a picture on them. So we quickly put an impromptu party outfit on (fit for any 6 year old) and ran to the store for some balloons. I think I learned a fabulous lesson...kids smile uncontrollably when they are holding balloons, they just can't help it! We had a lot of fun and now we have to decide which one to use...any suggestions?
